A great little project here for a small fabric pencil case / storage bag. With room for approximately 30 pencils or crayons this is a great storage project for any artist. Easily possible with a single 20 piece jelly roll, a couple of fat quarters and some batting this project is not heavy on your supplies. This pattern uses multiple different prints & cuts to create an effective herringbone design. The herringbone finish is made up of 120 half square triangles meaning this sewing pattern does include a fair amount of cutting and sewing but the resulting quilt is very efective.
