Its nearly that spooky time of year again, to celebrate the Halloween season we've found a great little quilt project for you all. A fairly simple sewing project here from fabric editions utilising many appliqué techniques, this would be a great project for teaching children about appliqué as a parent-child craft project.

Supplies Required

  • 3 x fat quarters (light coloured for background)
  • 3 x fat quarters (dark coloured for foreground)
  • 2 x fat quarters (orange coloured for pumpkins)
  • fusible webbing (approx 61cm)
  • batting (approx 51x51cm)
  • backing fabric (approx 51x51cm)
  • coordinating thread for applique
  • white thread for highlights

Instructions

Make this quick fusible appliqué mini quilt with your favourite fat quarters! Display as a table topper, wall hanging, or sew into a pillow.
