Supplies Required
- 1 x fat quarter bundle
- 1 x pack 3/4 inch elastic
- coordinating cotton thread
- rotary cutter
- cutting mat
- cutting ruler
- fabric chalk
- basic sewing supplies
Instructions
The final length of the skirt in this example is 12 inches but instruction are given to vary the length. Similarly the fabrics used in this example are specifically named.
