A great sewing design here for a matching skirt and bag combination. Made using a couple of fat quarter bundles this project can be easily adaptable to your own style & tastes. This pattern would make a great intermediate level project.

2 x cotton fat quarter fabric bundles (8 fat quarters total)
3/4 inch elastic (waist measurement plus 1")
1/8 metre. heavy weight fusible interfacing
Coordinating thread
Basic sewing supplies
Rotary cutter
medium safety pin
4 1/2 inch circle
sewing machine
